Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  2. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and continue stirring until they are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan or a lined baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Let the candy cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour until completely set.
  5. Cut the nougat into squares or rectangles and enjoy!

Notes

Can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to a week. For a firmer texture, refrigerate.
