- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
- Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and continue stirring until they are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan or a lined baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Let the candy cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour until completely set.
- Cut the nougat into squares or rectangles and enjoy!
Notes
Can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to a week. For a firmer texture, refrigerate.
