Description
A delicious rolled sandwich filled with savory meats and cheesy goodness, perfect for lunch, dinner, or a special occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough or puff pastry
- 6 slices deli ham
- 8 slices Genoa salami
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough on a clean surface. Arrange the provolone, ham, salami, and mozzarella down the center of the dough, leaving clean edges on both sides. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the filling.
- Cut 1-inch diagonal strips on each side of the filling. Fold the strips over the filling in a braid pattern, tucking the ends under to seal.
- Brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top. Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then slice and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can freeze before baking for up to 2 months.
