- 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 1/3 cup cold butter
- 2 egg yolks
- Butter for greasing
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 5 green apples, sliced
Instructions
- Mix the dough ingredients—wheat flour, cold butter, and egg yolks—until you get a smooth mixture.
- Roll out the dough and carefully line a greased removable bottom pan with it.
- Bake the dough in a preheated oven for 25 minutes until it’s golden brown.
- In a separate pan, combine the condensed milk, regular milk, and cornstarch. Cook over low heat while stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Add the cream mixture to the baked dough.
- Arrange the sliced apples on top and let it cool for 2 hours.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
