  • 2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  5. Stir in the beef broth, diced tomatoes with green chilies, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. Once boiling, add the uncooked elbow macaroni. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the macaroni is tender.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
