Delicious lobster tails elevated with a rich creamy garlic butter sauce, perfect for special occasions or a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise and gently lift the meat to rest on top of the shell.
  3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, lemon zest, and parsley. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove the lobster tails from the oven. Drizzle the creamy garlic butter sauce over them and garnish with lemon slices.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Be careful not to overcook the lobster. Fresh ingredients greatly enhance flavor. Try adding red pepper flakes for spice.
