- 2 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise and gently lift the meat to rest on top of the shell.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream, lemon zest, and parsley. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove the lobster tails from the oven. Drizzle the creamy garlic butter sauce over them and garnish with lemon slices.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Be careful not to overcook the lobster. Fresh ingredients greatly enhance flavor. Try adding red pepper flakes for spice.
