- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce, divided
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Additional hot fudge sauce, for drizzling
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the box instructions and pour it into the springform pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes and allow it to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the hot fudge sauce over the brownie base, then spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the fudge-covered brownie. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake the cheesecake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, drizzle extra hot fudge sauce, and garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
Notes
For a caramel twist, replace half of the hot fudge sauce with caramel sauce. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother mixture.
