Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce, divided
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Additional hot fudge sauce, for drizzling
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to the box instructions and pour it into the springform pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour half of the hot fudge sauce over the brownie base, then spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the fudge-covered brownie. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  5. Bake the cheesecake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream, drizzle extra hot fudge sauce, and garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.

Notes

For a caramel twist, replace half of the hot fudge sauce with caramel sauce. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother mixture.
