A delicious dessert combining rich brownie and creamy cheesecake layers, topped with warm fudge and whipped cream.

- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce, divided
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Additional hot fudge sauce, for drizzling
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and pour into the springform pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes and allow to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour half of the hot fudge sauce over the brownie base. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the fudge-covered brownie and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake the cheesecake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle extra hot fudge before serving. Garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is softened to blend easily. Experiment with toppings for variety.
