Description

A delightful cheesecake combining creamy texture, rich chocolate, and crunchy Oreo goodness, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate ganache for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C), and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  5. Fold in the melted chocolate until blended, then pour over the crust in the pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.
  7. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then spread over the cooled cheesecake.
  8. Drizzle with chocolate ganache and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  9. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

For a firmer cheesecake, bake a bit longer. Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
