  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50g ganache (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a bowl. Let it cool slightly.
  3. In another bowl, mix the sugar and eggs until well combined. Add the cooled chocolate mixture.
  4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
  6. Let the brownie cool completely in the pan.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  8. Spread the mousse evenly over the cooled brownie.
  9. Pour the ganache over the mousse layer and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  10. Slice into pieces, garnish with crumbs, and serve.
