- 100g unsalted butter
- 100g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50g flour
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g cream cheese
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 50g ganache (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a bowl. Let it cool slightly.
- In another bowl, mix the sugar and eggs until well combined. Add the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Let the brownie cool completely in the pan.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the mousse evenly over the cooled brownie.
- Pour the ganache over the mousse layer and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Slice into pieces, garnish with crumbs, and serve.
