  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g flour
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50g ganache (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together, then let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sugar and eggs together, then add the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Let the brownie cool completely after baking.
  7. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and cream cheese together until it’s smooth.
  8. Spread the delicious mousse over the cooled brownie layer.
  9. Pour the prepared ganache over the mousse and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  10. Slice the dessert, and garnish with crumbs before serving.

Notes
