- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 1/2 cup milk
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease an 8-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cake layer.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the top, letting it drip down the sides for a beautiful finish.
- Dust with cocoa powder and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a fun twist, add a layer of fresh fruits like raspberries or strawberries on top of the ganache before chilling.
