- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 1/2 cup milk
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease an 8-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs, oil, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth and pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Let the cake cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth, then spread over the cooled cake.
- Pour chocolate ganache over the cheesecake, allowing it to drip down the sides.
- Dust with cocoa powder and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled and garnish with fresh berries or whipped cream for an extra special touch. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
