- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the sugar and butter together until fluffy. Then add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well blended.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and stir until combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples carefully and pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the batter for a sweet crust.
- Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Once done, let it cool slightly before drizzling with caramel sauce.
