A creamy, cheesy, and spicy dip that is perfect for parties and gatherings. Easy to make in the Instant Pot, this dip combines shredded chicken, cheese, and jalapeños for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeded for less heat)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Crackers or veggies, for serving
Instructions
- In the Instant Pot, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, cheddar, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Use Sauté mode and stir until creamy and melted.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the bacon.
- Transfer to a serving dish, top with extra cheddar and the rest of the bacon. Serve warm with crackers or veggies.
Notes
For a spicier dip, leave the seeds in the jalapeños. Add more cream cheese or sour cream for a creamier texture.
