Description

A creamy, cheesy, and spicy dip that is perfect for parties and gatherings. Easy to make in the Instant Pot, this dip combines shredded chicken, cheese, and jalapeños for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeded for less heat)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Crackers or veggies, for serving

Instructions

  1. In the Instant Pot, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, cheddar, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  2. Use Sauté mode and stir until creamy and melted.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the bacon.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish, top with extra cheddar and the rest of the bacon. Serve warm with crackers or veggies.

Notes

For a spicier dip, leave the seeds in the jalapeños. Add more cream cheese or sour cream for a creamier texture.
