A rich dessert featuring three layers of luscious mousse from dark, milk, and white chocolate, perfect for any chocolate lover.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 8 oz milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the chocolate wafer crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
- For the dark chocolate mousse, melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave. Let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, whip 1/2 cup heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold in the melted dark chocolate. Set aside.
- For the milk chocolate mousse, melt the milk chocolate. Then, whip another 1/2 cup heavy cream until stiff. Fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate and set aside.
- For the white chocolate mousse, melt the white chocolate. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth, then whisk in the melted white chocolate.
- Layer the dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate mousse, and white chocolate mousse on top of the cooled crust.
- Chill the cake for 4-6 hours or overnight to set.
- Garnish with extra chocolate shavings or whipped cream before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
