Description
A refreshing drink that combines the sweetness of honeydew melon with the coolness of fresh mint. Perfect for hot days and easy to customize.
Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 4 green tea bags
- 2 cups honeydew melon, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
- 4–6 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes (for serving)
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a gentle boil, then pour over the green tea bags in a heatproof pitcher or bowl. Steep for 3–5 minutes, then remove tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, combine the diced honeydew melon and 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves. Blend until smooth, optionally strain for a smoother texture.
- While the tea is still slightly warm, stir in 4–6 tablespoons of sugar until fully dissolved.
- Once the tea has cooled, pour in the honeydew-mint puree and mix thoroughly.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the honeydew mint tea over the ice. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint.
Notes
Store any leftovers in a covered pitcher in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to 3 days. Adjust sweetness to taste.
