Description

A delightful dessert that combines creamy ice cream with the sweet, caramel-like taste of dulce de leche, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cans of condensed milk
  • 800 ml of milk
  • 300 grams of boxed cream
  • 5 tablespoons of dulce de leche (regular or zero-fat)
  • 100 grams of dulce de leche

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the condensed milk and milk.
  2. Whip the boxed cream until it forms soft peaks.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture.
  4. Add in the dulce de leche and mix until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a suitable container and freeze for at least 360 minutes or until firm.
  6. Serve chilled, drizzled with extra dulce de leche if desired.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving again for easier scooping.
