Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium tomato
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread if desired.
  2. Slice the tomato.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Layer the tomato slices on one slice of bread.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the tomatoes.
  6. Place the other slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
