- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

- Slice the tomato.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the tomato slices on one slice of bread.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the tomatoes.
- Place the other slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
