  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the milk and vegetable oil to the egg mixture, and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cakes to cool for 10 minutes in the pans before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes
