Ingredients

  • 8 oz Egg noodles
  • 4 cups Broth
  • 2 Carrots, chopped
  • 2 Celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables and simmer until tender.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
