- 160 grams low-gluten flour
- 40 grams fine sugar
- 5 grams salt
- 20 grams fresh yeast
- 265 grams water
- 20 grams butter

- After kneading, divide the dough into equal pieces based on how many pizzas you want to make.
- Roll each piece into a round shape, use a bowl to make an imprint on the dough, then roll up the edges. Use a fork to prick the center of each dough circle.
- Let the dough ferment until it is 1.5 times its original size. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes.
- Add your choice of toppings to the shaped dough and bake in the oven at 190°C (374°F) for 15 minutes.
Notes
For a crispier crust, use a pizza stone. Make your dough rise in a warm place for best results.
