- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
- In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then add milk to thin it out if needed.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the brownie batter in the pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl it with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
