A delicious and sweet dish that combines crispy shrimp with creamy honey sauce and toasted walnuts, popular in Chinese-American cuisine.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  3. In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil and the walnuts. Cook until the walnuts are toasted.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix honey, mayonnaise, condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Combine the fried shrimp with the honey sauce and walnuts, tossing to coat.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes
