A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining juicy shrimp, smoky sausage, and fresh broccoli in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thick sauce)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- In a hot skillet, cook sausage slices until crispy and golden.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and juicy.
- Toss in broccoli florets with a splash of water, cover for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch (if using). Simmer for 1–2 minutes until glossy.
- Mix everything back into the skillet, coat well, and let it all caramelize.
Notes
Serve over steamed rice or noodles. Can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
