Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining juicy shrimp, smoky sausage, and fresh broccoli in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thick sauce)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a hot skillet, cook sausage slices until crispy and golden.
  2. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and juicy.
  3. Toss in broccoli florets with a splash of water, cover for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch (if using). Simmer for 1–2 minutes until glossy.
  5. Mix everything back into the skillet, coat well, and let it all caramelize.

Notes

Serve over steamed rice or noodles. Can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
