Description
A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring shrimp, sausage, and broccoli in a sweet honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and cook until they are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce together. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and sausage, stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
