Description

A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring shrimp, sausage, and broccoli in a sweet honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook until they are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce together. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and sausage, stir to combine.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
