- 2 medium zucchini, chopped
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, zucchini, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce, then pour over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot with sesame seeds sprinkled on top, if desired.
