- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest.
- In the same pan, add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Sauté for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Slice the chicken and return it to the pan. Pour the honey garlic mixture on top and stir until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). You can customize the vegetables based on your preferences.
