Description
A delicious and easy-to-make dish of crispy chicken bites coated with honey-garlic sauce served over creamy spaghetti.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast cut into bite-sized chunks
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for pan frying)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece in flour, then cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken bites until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and cook until combined. Add chicken bites back to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and return to pot.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve honey garlic chicken bites over the creamy garlic Parmesan spaghetti, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Make sure the oil is hot enough for crispy chicken. For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
