Description

A delicious and easy dish combining honey, garlic, and crispy bacon with juicy chicken breasts, perfect for family dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Remove excess bacon fat, leaving about 1 tbsp in the pan. Sear chicken breasts for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and black pepper.
  5. Simmer the sauce for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return the chicken and add the bacon back to the pan. Spoon sauce over the chicken.
  7. Simmer for 2 more minutes to coat everything well.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For best freshness, store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and try to consume within 3-4 days.
