A delicious and easy dish combining honey, garlic, and crispy bacon with juicy chicken breasts, perfect for family dinners or meal prep.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Remove excess bacon fat, leaving about 1 tbsp in the pan. Sear chicken breasts for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and black pepper.
- Simmer the sauce for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken and add the bacon back to the pan. Spoon sauce over the chicken.
- Simmer for 2 more minutes to coat everything well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For best freshness, store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and try to consume within 3-4 days.
