- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, chopped bacon, honey, and olive oil. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then serve warm.
