Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your cupcake pans.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the milk and vegetable oil, mixing until well combined.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, then gradually add it to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake pans.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
