Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your cupcake pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the milk and vegetable oil, mixing until well combined.
  4. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, then gradually add it to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake pans.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
