- 2 pounds fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 pint half-and-half cream
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 fluid ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whole milk, or as needed
Instructions
- Dice the peaches and mix them with sugar in a bowl, letting it sit while you prep the other ingredients.
- In another bowl, blend the half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla together.
- Add the peach and sugar mixture to the cream mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour the peach mixture into a gallon ice cream freezer container and add enough whole milk to reach the fill line (about 2 cups).
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to freeze your ice cream.
- Pre-chill the container for faster hardening.

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor and consider blending the peach mixture for a smoother texture.
