Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Beat the butter with the sugar until it is fluffy.
- Add the egg, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gradually incorporate the flour, baking soda, and salt to form a soft dough.
- Form balls, roll them in sugar, and place them on the tray. Flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they are slightly golden.
- Let cool on a rack, then enjoy the freshly baked orange cookies!
