Description
A delicious and fun treat that combines creamy ice cream with chunks of chocolate and peanut butter cups, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups (chopped)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1 hour.
- Remove the ice cream base from the freezer and gently stir to break up any ice crystals. Fold in chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chips. Drizzle the chocolate fudge sauce over the ice cream and use a knife to swirl it in.
- Cover and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes, or until firm. Scoop and enjoy your deliciously creamy, crunchy Homemade Moose Tracks Ice Cream!
Notes
For a smoother texture, churn the ice cream in an ice cream maker before freezing.
