A delightful homemade ice cream combining creamy vanilla, chocolate, peanut butter, and fudge for the perfect treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (for fudge swirl)
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Stir in heavy cream and corn syrup, then cook for 2-3 minutes until smooth and thickened. Let cool.
  3. Pour the chilled ice cream base into an ice cream maker and churn according to instructions, usually 20-25 minutes.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chunks, then drizzle in the fudge swirl and fold lightly for a marbled effect.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
  6. Scoop and enjoy the creamy goodness!

Notes
