Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (for fudge swirl)
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups (chopped)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. Chill for at least 2 hours.
- In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Stir in heavy cream and corn syrup, then cook for 2-3 minutes until smooth and thickened. Let cool.
- Pour the chilled ice cream base into an ice cream maker and churn according to instructions, usually 20-25 minutes.
- Gently fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chunks, then drizzle in the fudge swirl and fold lightly for a marbled effect.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Scoop and enjoy the creamy goodness!
Notes
Let the ice cream sit for 5 minutes before serving for a smoother scoop. Store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
