Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp light corn syrup (or honey)
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped into pieces

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Heat until hot but not boiling, then stir in sweetened condensed milk and let cool before chilling in the refrigerator.
  2. In a separate saucepan, melt chocolate chips, unsalted butter, heavy cream, and corn syrup over low heat until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Pour the chilled ice cream base into an ice cream maker and churn until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  4. In a container, layer the ice cream, drizzle fudge, and scatter chopped peanut butter cups, gently swirling together.
  5. Cover and freeze for at least 240 minutes to firm up.
  6. Scoop out and enjoy your delicious homemade treat!

Notes

Ensure your ice cream maker is chilled and let the base cool completely for the best texture. For a thicker fudge swirl, cool the fudge longer.
