Description
A delicious homemade ice cream combining rich chocolate, smooth peanut butter, and crunchy peanut butter cups, perfect for summer or as a dessert after dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups (chopped)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- If using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the machine. If not, continue to step 3.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter, and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Churn the ice cream mixture in an ice cream maker or freeze it in a shallow container for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Fold in the chocolate-peanut butter swirl and chopped mini peanut butter cups.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for an additional 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop out and enjoy your Moose Tracks ice cream!
Notes
Store the ice cream in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks. Let it soften slightly before scooping if frozen hard.
