Description

A delightful ice cream that combines creamy textures with sweet fudge and crunchy peanut butter cups, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar dissolves. Chill the mixture for at least 60 minutes.
  2. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 20-25 minutes) until thick and creamy.
  3. Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chips.
  4. Transfer half of the ice cream to a container, drizzle a layer of fudge sauce, then repeat with the remaining ice cream and more fudge. Swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Cover and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
  6. Serve in bowls or cones and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra crunchy topping, you can sprinkle crushed chocolate cookies or toffee bits on top before serving.
