A delightful ice cream that combines creamy textures with sweet fudge and crunchy peanut butter cups, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups (chopped)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar dissolves. Chill the mixture for at least 60 minutes.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 20-25 minutes) until thick and creamy.
- Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chips.
- Transfer half of the ice cream to a container, drizzle a layer of fudge sauce, then repeat with the remaining ice cream and more fudge. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Cover and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
- Serve in bowls or cones and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra crunchy topping, you can sprinkle crushed chocolate cookies or toffee bits on top before serving.
