Description

Delicious homemade ice cream featuring rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla flavors, perfect for warm days or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (for fudge swirl)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 20-25 minutes.
  2. For the fudge swirl, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Once the ice cream has churned, transfer it to a bowl. Fold in chopped peanut butter cups and drizzle the fudge swirl over the top, swirling it gently.
  4. Cover the mixture and freeze for at least 240 minutes until it is firm.
  5. Serve scoops of ice cream in bowls or cones and enjoy!

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate chips for a richer flavor. You can also mix in other candies or nuts for a unique twist.
