Description

A fun and delicious treat combining creamy vanilla ice cream with chocolate fudge and crunchy peanut butter cups.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes.
  2. During the last 5 minutes of churning, add the chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chips to the ice cream. Gently swirl the chocolate fudge sauce into the mixture to create ribbons of fudge.
  3. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2-4 hours to firm up. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can use half-and-half instead of whole milk. Experiment with different mix-ins for unique flavors.
