- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks or chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the ice cream base for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- During the last few minutes of churning, slowly drizzle in the chocolate fudge sauce and add the chopped mini peanut butter cups and chocolate chunks. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
