Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks or chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the ice cream base for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  4. During the last few minutes of churning, slowly drizzle in the chocolate fudge sauce and add the chopped mini peanut butter cups and chocolate chunks. Mix until evenly distributed.
