Description

An irresistible snack or appetizer featuring gooey mozzarella cheese wrapped in soft, buttery biscuits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit and fold to seal, forming a ball.
  4. Melt the butter and mix it with minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Arrange the cheese-filled biscuit balls in the baking dish and brush them with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and garnish with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

Ensure biscuits are sealed tightly to prevent cheese leakage. Experiment with different cheeses for variety.
