- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
- Place 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit and fold to seal, forming a ball.
- Melt the butter and mix it with minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the cheese-filled biscuit balls in the baking dish and brush them with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Serve warm and garnish with extra parsley if desired.

Ensure biscuits are sealed tightly to prevent cheese leakage. Experiment with different cheeses for variety.
