Delicious cheesy pizza pockets filled with gooey cheese and your favorite toppings, perfect for snacks, lunch, or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or other favorite toppings like mushrooms, bell peppers, sausage)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil or melted butter, for brushing
  • Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough or pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut into squares or rectangles.
  4. Place a small amount of pizza sauce on each piece of dough, followed by mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
  6. Fold the dough over to create pockets and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
