- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or other favorite toppings like mushrooms, bell peppers, sausage)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- Olive oil or melted butter, for brushing
- Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent roll dough or pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut into squares or rectangles.
- Place a small amount of pizza sauce on each piece of dough, followed by mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
- Fold the dough over to create pockets and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
