Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry or pizza dough, thawed
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices or diced cooked sausage (optional)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Grated Parmesan (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry or pizza dough and cut it into equal squares or rectangles.
  2. On half of the squares, spread a spoonful of pizza sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and add pepperoni if desired.
  3. Top with the remaining dough squares. Press the edges firmly with a fork to seal them.
  4. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan if you like, and serve warm!

Notes

Serve with extra dipping sauces like marinara or ranch dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
