Delicious cookie dough brownie bombs that combine the rich flavor of brownies with delightful cookie dough, perfect for parties or as an indulgent snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix, baked and cooled
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownies according to the package or recipe instructions. Let them cool completely.
  2. Once cooled, crumble the brownies into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  5. Gradually mix in the heat-treated flour and fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough and roll it into a ball.
  7. Take a small amount of brownie and flatten it around each cookie dough ball, covering it completely.
  8. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and brownies.
  9. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  10. Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  11. Place them on parchment paper to set and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
  12. Serve chilled or at room temperature for a gooey center.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for long-term storage. Use high-quality chocolate for better flavor.
