- 1 box brownie mix, baked and cooled
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening
Instructions
- Prepare the brownies according to the package or recipe instructions. Let them cool completely.
- Once cooled, crumble the brownies into small pieces.
- In a bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the heat-treated flour and fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough and roll it into a ball.
- Take a small amount of brownie and flatten it around each cookie dough ball, covering it completely.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough and brownies.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Place them on parchment paper to set and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature for a gooey center.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for long-term storage. Use high-quality chocolate for better flavor.
