Ingredients

  • Vanilla ice cream (or your favorite flavor)
  • Melting chocolate (milk, dark, or white)
  • Crushed nuts
  • Crushed cookies
  • Sprinkles
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Scoop your creamy vanilla ice cream into molds or shape them into bars using a spoon.
  2. Insert a popsicle stick into each bar and freeze until solid (2-3 hours).
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring in between.
  4. Dip each frozen ice cream bar into the melted chocolate to fully coat.
  5. Sprinkle crushed nuts, cookies, or sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
  6. Return the bars to the freezer for about 30 more minutes to harden.
  7. Once fully frozen, enjoy your delicious homemade chocolate ice cream bars!
