Ingredients
- Vanilla ice cream (or your favorite flavor)
- Melting chocolate (milk, dark, or white)
- Crushed nuts
- Crushed cookies
- Sprinkles
- Popsicle sticks
Instructions
- Scoop your creamy vanilla ice cream into molds or shape them into bars using a spoon.
- Insert a popsicle stick into each bar and freeze until solid (2-3 hours).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring in between.
- Dip each frozen ice cream bar into the melted chocolate to fully coat.
- Sprinkle crushed nuts, cookies, or sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
- Return the bars to the freezer for about 30 more minutes to harden.
