Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw pistachios (unsalted, shelled)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, high-protein variety)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan version)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the raw pistachios, Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
