Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey and BBQ sauce. Coat the chicken breasts in this mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until it is cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them until they are tender.
  5. In a separate saucepan, melt some butter. Add garlic and cream, stirring everything together.
  6. Mix in the parmesan cheese until it is melted, then toss the drained potatoes in the creamy sauce.
  7. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs to taste.
  8. Serve the chicken alongside the creamy parmesan potatoes.
