Description

A hearty meal featuring juicy steak, creamy eggs, crispy potatoes, and fresh tomatoes, perfect for any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 1 beef steak (sirloin or ribeye preferred)
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 medium potato, cubed
  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (oregano, thyme, or rosemary)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder or paprika for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Grill or pan-sear the steak over medium-high heat until it reaches your desired doneness. Once cooked, let the steak rest.
  3. For the eggs, hard-boil them for about 9–10 minutes. After boiling, peel the eggs and slice them. Season with herbs and a pinch of salt.
  4. Toss the cubed potatoes in olive oil, herbs, and seasoning. Roast them in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25 minutes or pan-fry until golden and crispy.
  5. Slice the tomato and season it with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. On a plate, layer the steak, sliced eggs, crispy potatoes, and tomatoes to create your Herb Steak Plate.

Notes

Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking for better flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
