Description

Herb-Crusted Lamb Chops are a delicious and fancy meal enhanced by fresh herbs and garlic, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 Lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley), chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chopped fresh herbs, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Coat the lamb chops with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
