- 4 Lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley), chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chopped fresh herbs, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Coat the lamb chops with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
